Software Engineer III, Machine Learning, Research and Products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
• 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Generative AI, Generative AI Agents, LLMs, or specialization in another ML field.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Software development experience in C++.

What you'll be doing:

• Write product or system development code.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve.
• Implement solutions in specialized ML areas and contribute to model optimization.
• Develop protocols and tools to productize, scale, and monitor LLM & RAG agent.
