IT Infrastructure Engineer (IT-Infrastrukturtechniker), AI Infrastructure

Requirements:

• Experience with performing component-level repairs and troubleshooting on technical equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting one of the following: operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Nice to haves:

• 2 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting one of the following: operating systems and computer/server hardware or networking protocols.
  
• Experience working within a data center or network operation center environment.
  
• Ability to communicate in German fluently to engage in day-to-date operations, and with colleagues.

What you'll be doing:

• Contribute to projects for the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center servers and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair broken equipment, including servers, networking, and storage devices.
• Install and maintain switches, routers, and other networking gear.
• Participate in primary or secondary on-call shifts.
• Commit to working weekend shift schemes and 24/7 shifts when needed.
