Principal Engineer, ServerOps, EMEA and APAC

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in the deployment of a lifecycle hardware product
• 10 years of relevant work experience in driving strategy and operations for organizations

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in all phases of hype cycle and maturity
• Experience mentoring engineers and techs fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions under pressure, balancing technical requirements with business objectives
• Track record of driving innovation, including adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve overall performance

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define specifications for server hardware & establish detailed technical requirements
• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams on product roadmap & features
• Influence leaders across various engineering domains to ensure a balance of cost, efficiency, & technology innovation
• Design interfaces for seamless communication between systems
