Software Engineer III, AI/ML Shopping Creator, YouTube

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
• 1 year of experience with Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).

Nice to haves:

• Experience in B2C or e-commerce software.
• Experience in debugging and resolving system issues, and addressing technical debt.
• Experience building scalable test automation frameworks for complex, AI systems.
• Experience in C++ and Python.
• Deep understanding of ML/LLM systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret quality metrics, identify regression patterns, and drive data-informed modeling decisions.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and development of innovative ML/AI-driven models and features.
• Architect and build systems that deeply integrate LLMs and other AI technologies to provide intelligent recommendations.
• Drive integrations across multiple product partners, lead by strong collaborations and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams to define and deliver the roadmap for ML/AI capabilities.
