Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in software development
• 5 years of experience testing, launching software products, 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
• 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts

Nice to haves:

• PhD or Postdoc in Computer Science, Applied Math, or related discipline with paper authorship history
• 5 years of experience with deep learning frameworks and algorithmic background
• 3 years of experience leading project teams and setting technical direction
• Ability to translate academic theories into scalable products
• Track record of technical contributions to large-scale projects

What you'll be doing:

• Own projects end-to-end, leading teams from research concepts to deployment
• Architect and deploy agentic AI systems
• Drive technical decisions and full-stack software development
• Design robust evaluation pipelines and test suites
• Collaborate on research projects with external partners
