Interactive Media Design EFZ Apprenticeship, August 2027 (English, German)

Requirements:

• Graduate of the highest level of secondary school.
• Academic grades in the average of 4.5 or higher.
• Completed multi-check (media and design).
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to interact with stakeholders and schools.

Nice to haves:

• Experience and interest in interactive media, digital communication tools, art, or design.
• Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies and tools, demonstrated through personal projects and interest in learning new skills.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and abstract thinking.
• Intention to pursue the Berufsmaturitätsschule (BM1) during the apprenticeship.
• Have authorization to work in Switzerland.

What you'll be doing:

• Understand product opportunities through partnership with users, user research, product management, data science, and engineering.
• Understand and incorporate cultural, ethical, and different perspectives to create products that are global.
• Create digital content (e.g., wireframes, mockups, prototypes, presentations) to communicate and progress concepts through to implementation.
• Learn and apply the fundamentals of usability through design and research.
• Develop a craft of high-quality execution according to the highest interaction, interface, and experience design standards.
