Senior Software Engineer, AI Agent Ecosystem, ADK

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Kotlin, C++, Java).
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Define and drive the architectural goals, technical strategy, and roadmap for foundational, scalable, and extensible open-source libraries and SDKs.
• Architect and lead the development of mission-critical tooling and infrastructure for the AI agent development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and influence technical direction.
• Identify and initiate long-term investments to improve system health and capabilities.
