Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, GenAI, Google Cloud

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience building and shipping production-grade AI-driven solutions to customers.
• Experience leading technical sessions to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements.
• Experience designing and building AI systems on cloud platforms.
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

Nice to haves:

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks.
• Knowledge of large language model native metrics and state management optimization techniques.

What you'll be doing:

• Serve as the lead developer for AI applications.
• Architect and code connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points in Google’s AI stack.
• Drive engineering excellence by mentoring talent and influencing strategies.
