Software Engineer II, Geo

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with C++ or Java.
• Experience with one of: quality work, applications of GenAI at Google, or working on large serving systems or pipelines.

What you'll be doing:

• Own projects end-to-end from idea to design, implementation, and launch.
• Contribute to big bets like bringing AI/ML to pipelines, improving location infrastructure for GenAI clients, or building next-gen Streaming IPGeo infrastructure.
• Protect the reliability of serving systems and pipelines.
