Senior Softwate Engineer, Web Development, Google Meet

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience with front-end and user interface development.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software product.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Design web development features for the Google Meet product.
• Work closely with PM and UX to develop delightful user experiences.
• Work with engineers across the video organization to build features end to end.
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
