Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI agents.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience programming in Python.
- Prior experience in automation and tools development.
- Ability to operate in a complex and matrixed environment, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, thrives in ambiguity. Highly collaborative, taking in multiple perspectives, good listener.
