Strategic Negotiator, Global Network Acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development

Nice to haves

• Experience in strategic negotiations and business development within the Europe telecommunications infrastructure sector
• Experience in indirect taxes, economic development policy, infrastructure development, agreement drafting, and presentation development
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and business practices within the telecommunications market
• Ability to discuss complex agreements with vendors, partners, and suppliers
• Solid financial skills including network present value calculations, agreement structuring, and return on investment analysis

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key commercial partners
• Cultivate and grow relationships with vendors and partners
• Negotiate and implement commercial frameworks for asset acquisition
• Identify, evaluate and acquire metro fiber, long haul dark fibre assets, colocation services
• Work closely with planning, tax, policy, legal, and treasury teams
