Data Center Plant Engineer (German)

Requirements:

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of Electrical or Mechanical experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Experience working on projects in a data center environment.
• Ability to communicate in German fluently.

Nice to haves:

• 7 years of experience in maintenance of electrical distribution systems or construction/technical environments.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of electrical engineering as a Responsible Qualified Electrician.
• Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools.
• Ability to communicate with contractors performing maintenance or upgrades on data center systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Take responsibility for the safe operation of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations in electrical engineering.
• Provide technical leadership and instruction.
• Issue switching permits and operating procedures.
• Document the electrical safety organization.
