Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages C++, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree

Nice to haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
• Experience developing accessible technologies

What you'll be doing

• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
• Work with peers to design, implement, test, and optimize software features
• Conduct data analysis and perform large scale changes on the entire Google codebase
• Maintain healthy test coverage and releases of our software
