Senior Backend Engineer - Observability Ingest - Kubernetes Operator/Helm Chart | Sweden | Remote

Requirements

• You believe that great tooling is a force multiplier and boost user experience
• Strong communication skills, both in code review and customer-facing interactions
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Professional software engineering experience of at least 4 years
• Comfortable writing and maintaining automated tests at multiple levels

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build and maintain user-facing tools supporting deployment and operation of Grafana Alloy
• Own and evolve Helm chart ecosystem
• Collaborate with various teams to improve tooling based on customer feedback
• Contribute to open source projects and represent Grafana Labs at events

Nice to Haves

• Direct experience with Grafana Alloy or OpenTelemetry Collector
• Experience with GitOps tooling such as Terraform and ArgoCD
• Certification as CKA or CKAD
• History of open source contributions
