Staff Software Engineer - Databases, Tempo | Ireland | Remote

Requirements

• Technical leadership with a track record of leading complex initiatives
• Deep systems experience in building and operating distributed data systems
• Strong software craftsmanship in writing clean, robust software
• Operational mindset and experience owning production services
• Experience with Go or similar systems languages
• Customer focus and ability to break down complex problems

Nice to Haves

• Experience with tracing or large-scale observability systems
• Experience designing query languages or APIs for programmatic consumption
• Experience with columnar storage formats or analytical workloads
• Experience in operating multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure on Kubernetes
