Requirements:

• Technical leadership experience in leading complex initiatives
• Hands-on experience with distributed data systems
• Strong software craftsmanship skills
• Proficiency in Go or similar systems languages
• Operational mindset and experience with production services
• Customer-focused problem-solving approach
• Effective communication skills in a remote environment

• Experience with tracing or observability systems
• Knowledge in designing query languages or APIs
• Experience with columnar storage formats
• Operational experience on Kubernetes
