Requirements

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Be open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
• First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically
• Must be located in France

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with our Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Owning the technical engagement with customers and helping close complex opportunities
• Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Effectively communicating with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• Enhancing documentation, writing blog posts, recording videos, and creating enablement material
