Principal Engineer, Fin AI Agent

Requirements

• The core requirement: engineering depth and product thinking. We need someone who combines deep engineering ability with strong product and design instincts — not one or the other.
• Operated at real scale and has builder energy. You've likely spent time at companies operating at significant scale and have startup DNA.
• AI fluency. Actively experimenting with AI-assisted development and pushing boundaries in software development.
• Deep technical depth with breadth. Ability to navigate complex multi-team systems and articulate technical strategies clearly.
• Communication as a superpower. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Extreme autonomy. Ability to drive technical direction independently.
• Critical thinking about the business. Can translate business needs into technical decisions effectively.
• At least ~10+ years of experience. Technical leadership experience in driving complex projects across teams.
• Stack agnostic. Ability to adapt to different technology stacks and learn quickly.
