Operated at real scale and has builder energy. You've likely spent time at companies operating at significant scale and have startup DNA.

Deep technical depth with breadth. Ability to navigate complex multi-team systems and articulate technical strategies clearly.
Communication as a superpower. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Extreme autonomy. Ability to drive technical direction independently.
Critical thinking about the business. Can translate business needs into technical decisions effectively.
At least ~10+ years of experience. Technical leadership experience in driving complex projects across teams.
Stack agnostic. Ability to adapt to different technology stacks and learn quickly.
