Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Requirements

• Ideally, built an exciting SaaS product in previous roles
• Interested in AI/ML
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language
• Able to prototype and ship software fast
• Proficient in using and writing REST APIs
• Strong communicator
• Willing to travel and work on-site with customers

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the adoption of Fin by helping prospects with Intercom’s AI capabilities
• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand challenges
• Work hands-on with customers' technical teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams
• Contribute to and evolve the Forward Deployed Engineering function
