Principal Demo Engineer

Requirements

• 6+ years building software in a customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on AI/LLM product experience
• Strong full-stack chops
• Deep familiarity with SDKs, wrappers, and developer-facing APIs
• Use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic coding tools
• Design sensibility and eye for demo effectiveness

Nice to Haves

• Background in customer support, contact center, or CX tooling
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling at scale
• Experience designing or maintaining multi-tenant demo or sandbox environments
• Prior work bridging engineering and revenue

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end
• Build first-class demo features into Fin itself
• Use AI to prepare demos
• Partner with Enablement
• Stay ahead of the product roadmap
• Codify successful patterns
