Sr. Data Analyst, Growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
• Deep expertise with dbt
• Strong experience managing ELT/ETL pipelines
• Full mastery of SQL and Python
• Experience in experimentation programs and AI tools
• Ability to influence technical direction
• Strong communicator
• Degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor
• Based in Canada, US, UK, or EU and fluent in English

Nice to Haves

• Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency space and financial markets

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate as a full-stack data analyst within the Growth team
• Own the design and evolution of dashboards and analytical frameworks
• Build and maintain data infrastructure at scale
• Lead experimentation across the Growth domain
• Influence technical direction across the data team
• Embed AI tooling into your workflow
• Deliver insights through clear, data-driven storytelling
