Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Proficient with modern full-stack JavaScript (Node.js and React) and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Enthusiastic about well-tested code and strive to improve the work environment
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Thrives in a remote environment

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and/or TypeScript
• Experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes
• Interest in UX, UI design, and the research field

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building elegant features for user researchers to analyze and extract compelling insights from qualitative data, using classical techniques and large language models
• Expanding audience management to help researchers connect with and reward participants worldwide
• Integrating video and scheduling tools for managing and booking user interviews
