Senior Research Engineer - Dynamics 365 Contact Center

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field with relevant experience
• Master's Degree in related field with extensive experience, or Doctorate in related field
• Experience developing and deploying live production systems within a product team

Nice to Haves

• Experience creating publications such as patents, libraries, and peer-reviewed academic papers
• Presented at conferences or events in the research/industry community
• Conducted research in academic or industry settings
• Developed and deployed products or systems across the product cycle

What You'll Be Doing

• Building collaborative relationships with product and business groups
• Tuning foundation models using domain-specific datasets
• Evaluating model behavior via various evaluation methods
• Contributing to research papers, patents, and conference presentations
• Translating research into production-ready solutions
• Sharing insights on industry trends with teams
• Applying deep understanding of fairness and bias in AI
• Preparing and analyzing data for machine learning
• Developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models
• Addressing scalability and performance issues
