Customer Experience Engineer

Requirements

• Strong sense of ownership and Customer obsession
• Production experience in managing large environments using cloud-based services
• Demonstrated experience and hands-on expertise in Intune/Microsoft management solutions
• Experience with Client-Side Support, Hardware/OS, and Networking
• Sound troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills

Nice to haves

• Production system experience with Windows 11, Mobile Device Management and/or Autopilot based deployments
• Experience with iOS and Android devices and operating systems and managing them at scale
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a faced paced, agile environment
• Hands on knowledge & familiarity with Microsoft SCIM technologies

What You'll Be Doing

• Effectively leverage tools, telemetry, and deep product expertise as you resolve complex technical issues faced by our customers in critical environments
• Partner with Software Engineering to review architecture/design and provide feedback and guidance
• Flag product defects, feature gaps, and usage patterns observed from customer usage
• Engage with critical customer accounts to provide Mission Critical Support
• Drive bugs/DCRs directly with Software Engineering
• Identify trends, review data, and drive improvements back into the product
• Develop troubleshooting guides and drive process improvements
• Gather feedback from customers and partners to improve service experience
• Experiment and build with AI to simplify problem-solving and enhance customer experience
