Cloud Solution Architect

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead transformative cloud implementations for Customers & Partners in Japan
• Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers through Dynamics 365 expertise
• Identify growth opportunities and drive Customer Success business results
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions

Nice to Haves

• Experience engaging with C-suite executives
• Experience in system integration and interfacing with third-party systems
• Familiarity with ERP software beyond Microsoft Dynamics F&O/AX (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
