Cloud Solution Architect - Copilot

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development/support, or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Proven experience in solution architecture, deployment, or development within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 workloads (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform)
• Understanding of enterprise productivity scenarios, API integrations, automation workflows, and identity and security considerations in AI deployments

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service
• Experience with Power Platform extensibility
• Experience with building tenant-wide ALM for Power Platform

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead technical engagements focused on the deployment, customization, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Design and implement custom AI agents using Copilot Studio for business-specific scenarios
• Integrate Copilot capabilities into core business processes and productivity workflows
• Provide architectural guidance across the Microsoft AI ecosystem
• Deliver technical workshops, architecture reviews, and Proof-of-Value engagements
• Drive adoption outcomes based on usage and business impact metrics
