Cloud Solution Architect - Entry level - French speaker

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment
• Willingness to work in an in‑office setting
• Support a positive, inclusive, and customer‑focused team culture
• Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English and French

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 1+ years experience in AI/cloud technologies or related fields
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• OR equivalent experience
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• Hands-on experience in AI technologies

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with customer developers & engineers to understand their priorities and build secure AI & Agentic solutions
• Work on technical engagements across architecture design, POCs, and MVPs
• Leverage AI to automate processes and deliver repeatable IP
• Engage in relevant communities to share expertise and contribute to IP creation
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams
• Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with AI trends and technologies
• Participate in onboarding, training, and skill development programs
• Continuous improvement by aligning skills to customer needs
