Senior Critical Environment Technician

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND extensive experience with mission critical services work/applied learning
• Relevant experience in a specialized area (e.g., mechanical field, electrical field, controls field) or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operations specialist in one major area of CE operations
• Inspect and supervise critical environment-related facility equipment regularly
• Utilize internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Safely respond to and lead onsite incident response teams
• Enhance, develop new or follow preexisting emergency operating procedures (EOPs)
• Perform various types of maintenance and repairs
• Have a hands-on understanding of equipment and troubleshoot independently
• Provide consultation to lower-level colleagues
• Ensure safety and security requirements
• Embody Microsoft's culture and values

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND extensive experience with mission critical services work/applied learning
  • Relevant experience in a specialized area (e.g., mechanical field, electrical field, controls field) or related field
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND extensive experience in mission critical services
  • OR Associate's Degree or technical trade certification, or higher-equivalent education AND significant proficiency in mission-critical services

• Base pay range for this role across Sweden is kr 520,000.00 - kr 749,000.00 per year
