Critical Environment Technician

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Mission critical services work/applied learning experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in shifts, including non-standard business hours

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operations specialist in one major area of CE operations
• Inspect and supervise critical environment-related facility equipment
• Utilize internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Respond to and lead onsite incident response teams
• Develop emergency operating procedures and standard operating procedures
• Perform various types of maintenance and repairs
• Hands-on troubleshooting of equipment
• Consultation to lower-level colleagues in troubleshooting systems
• Ensure safety and security requirements are followed
• Embody Microsoft's culture and values

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Mission critical services work/applied learning experience
• Background check requirements

Nice to haves

• Associate's Degree or technical trade certification
• Military or trade school experience

• Base pay range € 33,000.00 - € 47,500.00 per year
