Senior Incident Response Engineer

Requirements

• Candidate must have hands-on experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience in Cybersecurity and Security Incident Response
• Practical experience troubleshooting Network, Windows Server, Windows Client, and Active Directory environments
• Experience supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Nice to Haves

• Experience in Security Incident Response with recent operational security experience
• Experience in Network Security Administration and/or Systems Administration
• Experience with Microsoft Defender solutions
• Azure Identity management and troubleshooting experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Scope customer security incidents
• Analyze incident data from threat analytics tools
• Coordinate a response to security incidents with other teams
• Investigate root cause of complex security incidents
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required
