Critical Environment Technician

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND relevant experience in mission critical services work/applied learning experience
• Relevant experience in a specialized area or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operations specialist in one major area of CE operations
• Inspect and supervise critical environment-related facility equipment
• Utilize internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Safely and quickly respond to and lead onsite incident response teams
• Enhance emergency operating procedures (EOPs) and standard operating procedures
• Perform various types of maintenance and repairs following procedures
• Have a hands-on understanding of equipment and troubleshooting
• Provide consultation to lower-level colleagues
• Ensure safety and security requirements are followed
• Embody Microsoft's culture and values

Nice to Have

• Extensive experience in mission critical services
• Associate's Degree or technical trade certification

• Base pay range for the role across Sweden is kr 352,000.00 - kr 469,000.00 per year
