Cloud Solution Architect - Entry Level

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment
• Willingness to work in an in‑office setting
• Support a positive, inclusive, and customer‑focused team culture
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 1+ years experience in AI/cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• OR equivalent experience
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• Hands-on experience in AI technologies
• Fluent in German, French or Spanish and confident in reading, writing, and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer developers & engineers to understand their application, data, and AI priorities, and build secure AI & Agentic solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction
• Work on technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption of various technologies
• Leverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes that help customers achieve faster outcomes
• Engage in communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and prioritize IP re-use
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams
• Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with AI trends and technologies
• Participate in training and skill development programs
• Continuous alignment of skills to current and future customer needs
