Senior/Principal Product Systems Engineer

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer engineering, systems engineering, physics, applied physics, photonics, computer science, or related field
• Broad technical understanding in optical links, photonics, electronics, ASICs, packaging, networking, and more
• Experience defining requirements, specifications, verification plans for complex hardware products
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience taking a complex hardware product through full development cycle
• Experience building technical and product roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong execution leadership
• Experience setting technical direction for complex engineering programs

Responsibilities

• Own system-level product definition and technical integration of emerging technologies
• Translate product scenarios into clear requirements and technical roadmaps
• Lead multidisciplinary design reviews and technical trade-offs
• Act as primary technical interface with suppliers and partners
• Coordinate technical execution across workstreams

• Base pay range in United Kingdom: £74,700.00 - £122,600.00 per year for IC4 role
• Base pay range in United Kingdom: £93,500.00 - £161,800.00 per year for IC5 role
