Customer Experience Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related field
• 2+ years experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering
• 4 years of demonstrated IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level applications
• 4+ years’ experience in an external customer/client facing role
• 2+ years of experience working on cloud computing technologies
• Experience with being on-call

• Technical Skills in Cloud computing technologies
• Experience in development & automation skills
• Experience in Solution Engineering & Cloud Architecture

• Base pay range for the role in the United Kingdom: £58,200.00 - £97,600.00 per year
