Senior Quantum Software Engineer - Bring-up Software Infrastructure

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND software industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND solid software industry experience
• Experience implementing highly concurrent systems and coordinating operations
• Proven Python software engineering skills
• Collaborative engineering experience working with other software developers

Responsibilities

• Work with the Measurement team to implement software infrastructure for scalable qubit bring-up routines
• Develop Python software that controls and coordinates bring-up routines
• Partner with scientists and engineers to translate user stories into requirements
• Build infrastructural software components and reusable building-blocks
• Ensure high-quality and traceable measurement data
• Contribute to software engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot end-to-end issues across software boundaries

Qualifications

• Experience designing data pipelines for workflow orchestration
• Customer obsession and ability to communicate trade-offs clearly
• Familiarity with modern development operations and tooling
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

• Base pay range in Denmark: kr 715,600.00 - kr 1,201,100.00 per year
