Service Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or related field
• Proficiency with programming or scripting languages like Python, C#, JavaScript
• Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL
• Experience with cloud systems and services, preferably Azure
• Experience troubleshooting modern web technologies and APIs

Nice to Haves

• Master's Degree in relevant field OR equivalent experience
• Experience in customer-facing Tier 3 technical support
• Experience in automation and improving operational efficiency
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and automation capabilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Investigate and resolve complex Microsoft Advertising product issues
• Design, improve, and maintain automation for issue resolution
• Own customer escalations and drive root cause analysis
• Create and maintain scalable support assets
• Measure and improve support effectiveness
