Cloud Solution Architecture - Entry Level

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Fluent in English and German/French/Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment
• Willingness to work in an in‑office setting

Nice to Haves

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• 1+ years experience in AI/cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development/support, and similar areas
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security)
• Hands-on experience in AI technologies

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with customer developers & engineers to understand priorities and build secure AI & Agentic solutions
• Work on technical engagements to accelerate adoption of various Microsoft AI solutions
• Leverage AI to automate processes for faster outcomes and delivery of repeatable IP
• Act as the Voice of the Customer and share insights with account teams
• Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with AI trends
• Participate in onboarding, training, and skill development programs
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and align skills to customer needs
