Data Center Operations Manager

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in data center operations, hardware management, or infrastructure support
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong ability to coordinate and lead vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Knowledge of data center security standards and compliance requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the operational management of Mistral’s data center in Borlänge
• Hire and manage a local team of hardware engineers
• Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements
• Manage incidents and request tickets
• Establish processes and best practices for data center operations
