Software Engineer, Knowledge and Search

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional work experience
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience building and scaling distributed search engine systems
• Excellent proficiency in backend software development (Python, Go, C++, Rust...)
• Solid proficiency in infrastructure management (Docker, CI/CD, Helm, K8s, Terraform...)
• Good knowledge of cloud-native ecosystems
• Autonomous and self-starter
• Ability to communicate with influence

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AI/ML engineering

What you'll be doing

• Building, maintaining, and enhancing fast, reliable, and scalable indexing and searching capabilities (web and knowledge)
• Working with search-oriented databases to optimize and fine-tune full search pipelines
• Owning information retrieval systems serving both internal needs and enterprise customers
• Ensuring search capabilities meet customer demands
• Collaborating with stakeholders to push search reliability, performance, and scale boundaries
