Analytics Engineer

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or equivalent
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong understanding of data modeling principles
• Experience building and scaling data models using dbt or an equivalent stack
• Deep experience with at least one modern BI or data visualization tool
• Track record of modeling complex data into clean, production-ready datasets
• Ability to translate business problems into data questions and communicate findings clearly

What you'll be doing:

• Creating dashboards in Omni for support teams visibility
• Building data models in dbt for support analytics foundation
• Providing real-time reporting via Plecto for operational insights
• Defining KPI frameworks for support performance measurement
• Conducting impact analyses on AI customer support agents
• Developing reports and presentations for stakeholders
