Software Engineer II

Requirements

• Strong experience working on the backend of a technology product
• Interest in building a product used daily
• Product mindset focusing on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions
• Comfort with ambiguity in a team setting
• Interest in distributed systems and writing resilient software
• Experience with strongly-typed languages (Go, Java, C, Scala etc.)

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with a team to make a difference for customers
• Working in a squad to build and support a specific part of Monzo
• Opportunities across collectives like Core Banking, Business Banking, Growth, Payments, and more
• Participating in a standard interview process and match based on skills and preferences
