Staff Engineer, Front End (Desktop)

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in front-end software development
• Extensive knowledge of modern vanilla JavaScript concepts
• Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks
• Deep knowledge of HTML5 structures and advanced accessibility patterns
• In-depth understanding of system architecture and design patterns
• Proven ability to act as a technical lead and mentor
• Experience developing and testing applications across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience contributing to or leading open-source projects
• Experience with Python or other programming languages
• Ability to engage with and support a global community of developers
• Proficiency in additional languages besides English

What you'll be doing:

• Lead complex technical initiatives requiring cross-team coordination
• Deliver projects spanning new features, code quality improvements, and process optimization
• Partner with senior engineers and product managers to define technical strategy
• Collaborate closely with UX Engineers for accessibility and usability
• Establish scalable front-end architecture through shared frameworks
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of learning
