Lead Workday Specialist

About the opportunity

• Join the People Technology Team at N26 to improve and maintain applications within the People function
• Opportunity to be part of process improvements impacting the N26 workforce
• Support to maintain Workday and design/implement improvements
• Become a go-to person for recruitment tools

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and maintain optimal function of internal HR & Financial information services systems
• Install, implement, modify, and upgrade software and applications
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR & FIN employees
• Collaborate with leadership to identify improvements and enhancements
• Program custom functions and documentation
• Serve as a lead representative for HR/FIN database design projects

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years experience in Workday
• 8+ years business experience in Workday teams or financial/people departments
• Understanding of Workday system administration and modules
• Experience with data management, integrations, and process design
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working
• Team player with a growth mindset
