IT Operations Specialist - Corporate Infrastracture

About the opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Implement and improve workplace infrastructure systems

• Support current workplace infrastructure and IT Support

• Collaborate with partner teams to scale and automate infrastructure

• Incorporate third-party software into workplace infrastructure

• Maintain and monitor automated deployment systems

• Uphold engineering standards and bring consistency to processes

• Share knowledge, mentor, and support teammates

• Own and resolve issues in specialist infrastructure area

• Conduct ongoing maintenance of infrastructure

• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience in managing workplace infrastructure components

• Proficiency in scripting and automation tasks

• Experience troubleshooting Linux and Windows systems

• Comfort discussing technical concepts

• Learning mindset and willingness to work independently

• Excellent English communication skills

• Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Eager to inherit new knowledge
