About the Opportunity

• You will work in the Grow & Engage domain, focusing on customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services.
• Contribute to customer-facing features and technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
• Continuously improve engineering skills by learning new technologies and best practices.

What you need to be successful

• Experience building backend applications with modern programming languages.
• Understanding of backend software engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and clean coding practices.
• Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architectures.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Motivation to write reliable, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Curious, eager to learn, collaborative team player.
• Takes ownership, values security, quality, and reliability.
