Junior Android Engineer - Payments

About the Opportunity 

• You will work in the Everyday Banking domain, within the Payments Team
• This is a hybrid role from Barcelona or Berlin
• Passionate about collaboration and sharing knowledge
• Encouraged to embrace the latest technological updates

In this role, you will:

• Work in cross-functional teams
• Take ownership and have an impact on the product
• Engage in knowledge-sharing
• Understand and work with Agile development methodologies

What you need to be successful:

• Thorough experience with the Android Platform and Material Design principles
• Experience with Kotlin
• Experience with Reactive programming - Kotlin Flows and Coroutines
• Able to build software with a focus on testability
• Experience with Jetpack Compose (nice to have)

Skills:

• Be highly motivated and a fast learner
• Strong bias for action, and getting things done
• Language Skills: full professional proficiency in English
