REQUIREMENTS

Must-haves

• 🌱 Engineering leadership at scale: You have several years of experience leading multiple engineering teams and directly managing Engineering Managers in a high-growth product organization.

• 🧭 Technical strategy and roadmap ownership: You know how to set direction across a broad product area and turn technical strategy into clear priorities and outcomes.

• 🏗️ Strong technical credibility: You have a strong engineering background and can contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

• 🤝 Coaching and people leadership: You’re known for developing leaders, giving clear feedback, and helping teams grow in ownership, performance, and judgement.

• 🚀 Product engineering experience: You’ve led product engineering teams that shipped meaningful user-facing experiences in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

• 🤖 AI product exposure: You’ve worked on AI-native products or led teams building AI-powered product experiences, and can help navigate the opportunities and pitfalls of this space.

• 🌐 Distributed leadership experience: You’re comfortable leading teams across countries in a remote-first environment.

• ⚖️ Execution and quality mindset: You’ve built systems and ways of working that improve delivery, maintain quality, and keep teams focused on meaningful outcomes.

• 🏢 Experience in growth-stage companies : You’ve worked in a scaling company and have seen the organizational growing pains that come with building teams and processes at pace.

Nice-to-haves

• 🧩 Developer tools or workflow automation experience: You’re excited by technical products and have worked on developer platforms, automation tools, or adjacent categories.

• 🌍 Open-source or developer tooling interest: You’re excited by technical products, builder communities, and the challenges that come with extensible software and automation.

• 🛠️ TypeScript / Node.js familiarity: You have experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and could quickly build context in our stack.

• 💡 Strong product sense: You know how to partner deeply with Product and Design and can help teams make smart trade-offs in user-facing areas.
