Software Engineer (L4/L5) - Content Promotion & Distribution Engineering

Requirements:

• Experience architecting, building, and operating resilient, high-scale, low-latency microservices in production environments
• Proficient with gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful API design and implementation
• Proficient experience with Java, C#, or other OO programming languages
• Ability to describe complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Strong sense of ownership, independence, bias towards action, and collaboration

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally to build, test, deploy, and launch backend services
• Participate in product reviews and team meetings
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches
• Learn and influence new systems and tools
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident reviews
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to stakeholders
• Engage in team discussions, provide mentorship, and uphold standards

Nice to Haves:

• Recent solid understanding of OO design principles, concurrency, and performance tuning
