Senior Software QA Test Development Engineer

Requirements

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline with 5+ years of QA experience
• Proficient in web-based UI and RESTful APIs validation via code
• Strong Unix/Linux and shell/python programming skills
• Experience in test cases development and failure root cause analysis
• Command of the Python programming language
• Experience with Cloud management systems like Kubernetes and supporting cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning or training models for QA-specific tasks
• Good QA sense including attention to detail, problem-solving, and data analysis
• Excellent communicator with fluent written and verbal English

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI systems like RAG pipelines or MRC solutions
• Building AI-powered test generation tools

What You'll Be Doing

• Review product requirements and develop test matrix
• Build testing-related documentation
• Manage bug lifecycle and collaborate with inter-groups
• Automate manual tests and assist in building test frameworks
• Enhance existing testing frameworks used by engineers
• Integrate automation testing in CI and discovery pipelines
